Using the site

TypeBurst is a free typing speed test and set of related guides, provided as is, for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account to use it. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

No warranty

TypeBurst is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the typing test accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Typing speed results are for personal reference and practice, not a certified or official measurement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypeBurst and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Advertising and third parties

The site may show advertising served by third-party networks to help keep it free. Those networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies, described in more detail on our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

Intellectual property

The TypeBurst name, design, and site content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site or its content as your own without permission.
